- Completed renovation of the Golf In the Gardens miniature golf course
- Added walkway between buildings 44 and 45 to the playground
- Added walkway between buildings 24 & 25 to the picnic area and the parking lot
- Installed new 13 SEER HVAC systems in buildings 1 through 11
- Installed 15,160 linear feet of exposed aggregate curbing
- Replaced all A Unit patio furniture
- Replaced all picnic tables and benches
- Replaced Reception Center roof
- Replaced coping and tile on all outdoor pools
- Replaced all pool lounge chairs
- Replaced all old refrigerators, range ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers
- Replaced all unit housewares
- Completed rock drainage on all buildings
- Refurbished the Computer Room
- Installed the Game Castle in the Kidzgate Game Room
- Installed a variable PSI irrigation pump at the pond
- Created a landscape bed at the front entrance to showcase the KG initials
- Installed a wooden fence at the Maintenance Shop
- Reprogrammed irrigation zones for time and water efficiency
- Upgraded website services
- Installed new charcoal grills at various locations throughout the property
- Replaced the roof at the Pool Bar to provide a wider area of coverage for better comfort
- Extensive landscaping improvements
- Renovated the Sauna in the Fitness Center
